Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Prague, Czech Republic (EU). All packages are sent via insured and trackable services.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship within the EU and to selected countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does it take to process my order?

If the item is in stock, we usually ship within 2–5 business days. For made-to-order or customized pieces, the processing time may vary — you’ll be informed before payment.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

What if my package is lost?

Please contact us and we’ll help resolve it with the shipping carrier.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery for unworn items in original condition and packaging.

Please note:

  • Customized pieces and made-to-order items are non-returnable
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using insured, trackable shipping for returns
  • If the item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped or started in production, we may be able to cancel or adjust it.

Please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders & custom pieces

Can I order a piece that’s already sold?

If a product is marked “Sold,” it means the exact piece is no longer available — but you can request a similar custom piece using the “Customize” button or contact form.

Please note that all pieces are handmade and unique, so reproductions will never be identical.

Materials & care

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your piece in the best condition:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
  • Store it in a dry, soft pouch away from sunlight
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth
  • Whenever possible, keep it in its original Dankaorange packaging — it’s designed to protect your piece and preserve its story

Packaging & gifts

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! All items come carefully packaged and ready to gift.

If you’d like to include a handwritten note or extra touch, just leave a message at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via Stripe — including all major credit/debit cards.
